The SCLC is now accepting applicants for volunteer positions beginning in July 2010.  Live in rural tropical lowland rainforest in Costa Rica, and dedicate six months or a year to teach Environmental Education or English, run the Scholarship or After School Program, or be the Coordinator of our Tourism Program.  In exchange for your work, the SCLC will provide you with a private room in a local home and all meals, plus all work expenses covered and access to computers and internet.  If interested but not sure you want to dedicate six months, you have the option of volunteering short term as well!  To learn more about the positions, go to Long Term Volunteers or contact our Volunteer Coordinator ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ).
