Job Description

• Coordinate before-school program for kids ages 10-12 and after-school program for kids ages 7-10
• Employ integrated thematic webs to teach environmental concepts and incorporate these themes into enrichment activities such as art, movement, computers
• Incorporate English into daily lessons
• Promote conflict resolution techniques such as communication and class discussions
• Provide a safe, clean, and positive environment for learning

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English, advanced Spanish
• Experience teaching children in a classroom setting
• Experience teaching environmental education and developing curriculum
• Enjoy working with children and use positive techniques for classroom management
